Adult Leader Registration
All Parents and Guardians of Lions and Tigers need to fill out an application as an adult partner.
Clearances and Training
If you plan on staying overnight with your scout, please complete the required paperwork and online training.
Medical Forms Part A and B
Parts A and B are required for any overnight camping trip. Doctor's physical and signature are not required.
